From inquiry to a clear next step

Illustrative workflow
  1. Your agency

    Brings the client’s context

A painting client receives an inquiry about three rooms. You spot the details the owner still needs.

  2. Conciary

    Helps gather the missing details

Explore asking for photos and preferred visit times, using the approach approved by the client.

  3. Business owner

    Reviews the next decision

Three rooms. Photos collected. Two preferred times. The owner reviews the request and confirms the next step.

The task, channel and approval steps are agreed with you and the client before setup.

Give clients a practical next step

Already offer automated follow-up?

How we work together

One client. Clear roles. An agreed result to review.

01

Choose a real task

Tell us about the businesses you advise and a recurring task they still handle manually. We discuss whether it fits the current capabilities.

02

Agree the way to work

With the client’s agreement, review their tools, approve messages and set the handoffs. Decide who manages the relationship, setup and support.

03

Test and review together

Begin with one scoped task and founder-assisted setup. Review useful outcomes, client feedback and the time it takes before expanding the work.

Early work combines software with founder-assisted setup and review. We confirm capabilities, access and service hours together. Pricing, scope changes and final commitments stay with the client’s team.

Questions about working together.

Who is this for?

Agencies, CRM consultants and business advisers who work with owner-led service businesses. A useful starting point is a client with recurring customer questions, missing job details or coordination that still requires the owner’s time.

What if we already offer AI or automated follow-up?

Start with what your existing setup already handles. We can explore a different task, such as customer changes after booking or requests that need an owner’s judgment. If the current tools cover the task well, there may be no reason to add Conciary.

How would we start working together?

Begin with a conversation about your clients and one recurring task. If there is a useful fit, we agree who works with the client, review their tools and permissions, and scope a small test. Introductions happen with the client’s agreement.

Who manages the client relationship?

We agree that before any introduction or setup. Your agency can stay involved, and the client decides who can access their information or communicate on their behalf. Support responsibilities and the way we report progress are part of the agreed scope.

Does Conciary integrate with our clients’ CRM?

Compatibility depends on the software, access and task. We review the setup before committing to a test. Specific CRM integrations, phone-number support and automatic data syncing are confirmed individually.

Is this a white-label or reseller program?

We are starting with direct introductions and jointly scoped work. If you have a branding or resale arrangement in mind, tell us about it. We agree any commercial arrangement and responsibilities personally before work begins.
