Discuss estimate follow-up

Tell us about one task. We’ll reply within two business days to discuss fit and availability.

If the first two places are full, we'll ask whether you'd like to join the waitlist for a future opening.

One place to start · Estimate follow-up

Keep good estimates from going unanswered.

Conciary follows up on estimates you've already sent, collects your customer's questions, and brings you the decisions that need your attention.

We set up and manage the process with you. Based in Irvine, starting with Southern California service businesses.

The job we handle

You sent the estimate.
We help with what follows.

The customer hasn't decided. The next step may be a scheduling question, a missing detail, or a change that needs your approval.

We keep track of the open conversation, follow up on the agreed schedule, and tell you what needs a decision. You stay responsible for pricing, scope and final commitments.

This fictional example shows the intended process, including an owner handoff. It is not a customer testimonial or a demonstrated automated integration.

How the pilot works.

  1. 01

    Choose a small queue

We review your recent estimates, current tools and follow-up process together. We confirm compatibility and a realistic start date before starting.

  2. 02

    Agree the messages and decisions

You approve the approach, communication channel and the questions your team will handle. Setup and review are founder-assisted.

  3. 03

    Review the results

Each week, see replies, unresolved questions, confirmed outcomes and the time spent handling them. Then decide whether to continue.

Questions owners ask.

How does the free early-partner program work?

The first two selected Southern California service businesses test one agreed task free for 30 days, with founder-assisted setup and weekly feedback. These two places are shared across all industries and tasks. We confirm fit, scope and a start date together; applying does not reserve a place.

What if the first two places are already filled?

You can still tell us about your business. We'll confirm availability when we reply and ask whether you'd like to join the waitlist for a future opening. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a place or a start date.

Will this work with my current software and number?

We'll check your setup before agreeing to the pilot. We can start with a bounded manual process through an authorized channel where practical. Specific phone-number support and integrations depend on your system.

Will it change prices or book jobs without asking?

The pilot sends pricing, scope and scheduling decisions to your team. We record a booking only after confirmation from your business.

How will I know whether it helped?

We'll agree a baseline and review customer responses, work your team confirms, and time spent. Completed jobs are tracked separately from replies or tentative bookings.

Is this entirely automated?

The pilot combines software with founder-assisted setup and review. We'll explain the process and service hours before starting.

Do you guarantee recovered revenue?

No. The purpose of the pilot is to test whether the process creates enough value for your business to keep using it.

If the queue is too small, your team has no capacity for more work, or your existing tool already solves the problem, we'll explain that during the fit call.

Start with the estimates you already have.

Tell us how you send estimates and what happens when customers don't reply. We'll use a short fit call to see whether estimate follow-up is a useful task for your early-partner test.
