Conciary (“Conciary,” “we,” “us”) provides an AI front desk for appointment-based businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you request early access or contact us, we collect your email, and optionally your name, business name, business type, and phone number.

Information from businesses using Conciary.If you use Conciary to communicate with your clients, we process the messages, contacts, and appointment details you provide or connect. You own this data (see “Your data” below).

Information collected automatically.Basic usage and device data via analytics, plus standard cookies and pixels used to measure site performance and advertising (see “Analytics & advertising”).

How we use information

To respond to your request and set up your account; to provide, operate, and improve the service; to send you service-related communications; and to measure and improve our marketing.

Analytics & advertising

We use Vercel Analytics (privacy-friendly and aggregate) and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand site usage and measure ad performance. The Meta Pixel may set cookies and share limited event data (such as page views and form submissions) with Meta. You can control ad tracking in your Meta ad settings and in your browser or device settings.

How we share information

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — for example hosting (Vercel), email delivery (Resend), and analytics/advertising (Meta) — and only as needed to run the service, or when required by law.

Your data

Your clients and their information are yours. We never sell it or use it to train third-party models. You can request an export or deletion of your data at any time by emailing contact@conciary.ai.

Data retention & security

We keep information only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law, and we protect it with encryption in transit and at rest along with reasonable safeguards.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To exercise them, email contact@conciary.ai.

Children

Conciary is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy; when we do, we'll revise the “Last updated” date above.
