These terms govern your use of Conciary's website and services. By using them, you agree to these terms.

The service

Conciary provides an AI front desk for appointment-based businesses. The service is currently in early access and may change; features may be added or removed.

Eligibility & accounts

You must be 18 or older and use Conciary for a legitimate business. You're responsible for the information you provide and for activity under your account.

Client communications & consent

If you use Conciary to text your clients, you are responsible for having the necessary consent to contact them and for complying with applicable laws (including the TCPA and carrier messaging rules). We provide tools to help, but you remain the sender.

Acceptable use

Don't use Conciary for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes, to send spam, or to send content you don't have the right to send.

Intellectual property

Conciary and its software, brand, and content are owned by us. Your business and client data remain yours.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is,” especially during early access. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Conciary is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the prior 12 months.

Changes & termination

We may update these terms or the service, and we may suspend or end access that violates them. We'll revise the “Last updated” date for changes.
