How does the free early-partner program work?
The first two selected Southern California service businesses test one agreed task free for 30 days, with founder-assisted setup and weekly feedback. These two places are shared across all industries and tasks. We confirm fit, scope and a start date together; applying does not reserve a place.
What if the first two places are already filled?
You can still tell us about your business. We'll confirm availability when we reply and ask whether you'd like to join the waitlist for a future opening. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a place or a start date.
Can it quote a remodel or approve a change order?
Your contractor prepares and approves estimates, feasibility decisions and contract changes. The assistant gathers the request and returns it with context.
Does this replace my project-management system?
No replacement is required for the initial test. We agree a small source of approved information and a practical way to hand updates back.
What if a project lasts longer than the test?
Choose a repeatable task with a visible near-term result, such as collecting selections or clarifying proposal questions. A message or selection is not counted as a signed project.
