Tell us what you need

Tell us about one task. We’ll reply within two business days to discuss fit and availability.

If the first two places are full, we'll ask whether you'd like to join the waitlist for a future opening.

AI assistant for energy & fuel delivery

Get delivery requests ready for your dispatch team.

Addresses, access details and delivery preferences arrive in separate messages. Explore an assistant that organizes routine requests and follows up on missing information before your dispatcher reviews them.

The work between the jobs

Sound familiar?

Dispatch needs another detail

The service address, account reference or requested delivery is unclear. Ask the approved intake questions before passing the request on.

Access changes after the first message

The customer has a gate, site contact or timing preference to explain. Keep operational details in the agreed business channel.

A reorder waits on a callback

An existing customer asks about the next delivery. Collect the request without assuming route availability, fuel quantity or a delivery promise.

Practical help, built around your team

From an open conversation to a clear next step.

Prepare the order request

Collect the account reference and details your dispatcher requires.

Clarify routine customer questions

Share only approved business information and gather anything that needs review.

Keep dispatch in control

Return a complete request for staff to verify before an order is confirmed.

A short conversation. A practical starting point.

Start with one useful task

Routine delivery request coordination

We start with routine delivery request coordination. Together, we agree the records, permitted replies, channel and handoffs. A small early-partner test gives your team a way to review real conversations before expanding the scope.

Judge it by useful work.

  • Requests complete enough for dispatch review
  • Time spent chasing missing order information
  • Requests confirmed by dispatch
  • Exceptions identified before a delivery commitment

A good place to start if…

  • You receive repeated routine delivery or reorder requests.
  • Dispatch can verify orders, account information and access.
  • The task can be separated from urgent fuel or equipment issues.

Built around the tools you use

Fuel-management systems and customer portals may already handle ordering well. We review their existing process first. A Conciary test would focus on a defined conversation gap, not replace dispatch or telemetry.

Before we get started.

How does the free early-partner program work?

The first two selected Southern California service businesses test one agreed task free for 30 days, with founder-assisted setup and weekly feedback. These two places are shared across all industries and tasks. We confirm fit, scope and a start date together; applying does not reserve a place.

What if the first two places are already filled?

You can still tell us about your business. We'll confirm availability when we reply and ask whether you'd like to join the waitlist for a future opening. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a place or a start date.

Is this a fuel emergency or leak-response service?

No. Emergency assessment, safety instructions and dispatch are outside the initial workflow. Your established emergency contact process remains the appropriate route.

Can it confirm an order, quantity or delivery date?

Your dispatch team verifies account details, product, quantity, access and availability before confirming. The assistant collects the routine request within agreed limits.

Will it connect to tank telemetry or my fuel system?

No telemetry or native fuel-system connection is assumed. Compatibility and any integration work must be agreed before a test begins.
